Response measures during sludge disintegration

Release time:2024-02-29 Reading volume: Author:Yuanheng Jianhua Ecological Technology Co., Ltd
1. First, determine the reason for the disintegration of activated sludge

The method of judgment can be achieved by observing the biological phase of sludge under a microscope to determine the state of activated sludge. Based on the changes in the quality and quantity of the incoming water, as well as the changes in the operation mode of the sewage station, make a judgment and check the condition of the inlet.

2. Take corresponding measures for control

(1) The disintegration caused by changes in sewage quantity and water quality should be adjusted from the source, controlling the inflow, measuring and maintaining the inflow concentration, and avoiding overloading or long-term low load operation

(2) When it is determined that toxic substances are mixed into wastewater, the source should be identified and collected separately for treatment; Accident drainage should be promptly directed towards the accident pool.

(3) When the load is low or there is excessive aeration, reduce the number of operating fans or lower the speed of the surface aerator, or reduce the number of operating hours of the aeration tank, and only operate a portion of the aeration tank.

(4) Temperature control within a reasonable range is necessary to maintain the normal growth of microorganisms and improve their effectiveness in wastewater treatment.

(5) When a load shock occurs, reducing the inflow of sewage or making the inflow speed gentle and uniform can effectively reduce the organic matter load in the biochemical system.

(6) CN ratio imbalance requires the addition of some nitrogen sources necessary for microbial growth to maintain a CN ratio of 100:5.

(7) When sludge ages, it is necessary to increase the discharge of remaining sludge and reduce sludge age when the system metabolism is normal and the effluent meets the standard.

(8) The preventive measures for filamentous bacteria expansion can increase biological selectors to reduce the incidence of expansion! When filamentous bacteria expand and disintegrate, it is important to detect them early. In the early stages of expansion, alkali can be added and the pH can be adjusted to suppress the expansion of filamentous bacteria. In the middle and late stages, it is up to fate!
