The Chaoyang Municipal Sludge Centralized Disposal Project was officially signed in October 2018. The project is located in the development zone of Longcheng District, Chaoyang City, on the west side of the Shijiahe Sewage Treatment Plant and the east side of Longquan Street. The project is adjacent to the thermal power plant, with a designed processing capacity of 400 tons/d. It adopts the government social capital cooperation (PPP) model and is currently undergoing project approval procedures. The construction work is expected to be completed in 2020 and put into operation in 2021.
